Football Warehouse is launched

The West Australian Football Commission, in conjunction with PowerPlay Sports, has launched a new on-line football warehouse offering great savings and incentives for football clubs.

PowerPlay Sports, which is 100% WA owned, is proud to be the preferred supplier for the WA Football Warehouse, which will also help raise funds for WA football districts.

AFL interstate player allocation 2010

Peel Thunder and Claremont Football Clubs have each added two AFL interstate recruits to their playing stocks for season 2009.

East Fremantle, Perth and East Perth also received one player to complete this allocation.

West Australian football clubs have an opportunity to earn funds for their club, thanks to a new agreement with 3G Corporate, a 3 mobile dealer.

Birch becomes first WAFL centurion

Former Claremont league player Harold Everard Birch became the first ever WAFL player to celebrate his 100th birthday after reaching the milestone just before Christmas.
